Ingredients for 4 people:

1/2 kg. of leg, nose and pork belly.
4 blanquets.
1/4 kg. of rice.
1/4 of white beans and lentils soaked the day before.
1/4 l. olive oil.
1/2 kg. of pencas (cardo) and chard.
Salt.
Pure saffron

preparation:

– In a pot put the meat and beans.

– When it breaks to boil add the vegetable and oil. Once cooked, add salt, saffron and rice and cook for twenty minutes.
